Intercutting continuity example

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From this shot analysis I have learnt that fast editing with a variation of shot lengths is a favourable approach when creating a narrative based music video focused on characterisation over aesthetics. I have found that narrative is best portrayed with continuity and intercutting to introduce a precise storyline and character group with mine-en-scene playing a significant part in the overall narrative.
